Pils, Helles, American Blonde, tripel, Midwest pale (NE IPA made to pale ale standards), Czech Dark, Bretted Dry Stout (my current favorite), Czech Amber.  All are great with leftover smoked turkey!

Wow!  Indeed, the list reads like "amazing beers to pair with Thanksgiving turkey". Bravo.

Rye APA two ways, one with 34/70, the other with Abbey yeast, Rye Saison, and just brewed a Rye German Pils yesterday.
I like Rye.

I had a Robust Porter for after dinner and a Cranberry-Orange Spiced hard cider that was excellent before dinner. Both on tap, the cider was a huge hit.

I'm panicking a little bit, I've blown 2/3 taps this week and the 3rd can't be too far behind. I have a faux NEIPA I brewed tonight, but I'm getting a little inspiration from this thread. Hope I can find some time before the holidays to fill out the rest. Fam isn't much of a dark beer fan, but I'm thinking a horchata beer and a hibiscus orange wit?

I'm actually running out of beer ironically enough... I have about 3 bottles of my CDA left, a handful of bottles of a pale ale (that I'm not thrilled with) and a bunch of bottles of Belgian Dark Strong that won't be ready to drink until April-ish.

That said, now is usually the time I break the nice stuff out of my cellar.  A couple wax topped bombers from Deschutes (Black Butte 29 and Collage 2) plus this years allocation of Bourbon County.  We've got a bottle share coming up right before New Years so I'll reach back and pull out some interesting things.

Started Thanksgiving weekend with a Denali IPA, Pumpkin Amber, Oktoberfest, my house lager, and a porter, the last three being nearly full kegs. Kicked the first three on Thanksgiving, the lager Saturday, and the porter today.

I can't remember the last time I was out of beer.
