I don't know that BruMalt is viably made in a floor malting process.  What does the article say?

Not trying to revive this thread, but have discovered that Brumalt was indeed made in floor malting.  At the point where today the fans would be shut off, the piece was heaped up and covered by tarps.  Kunze 2.9.4.
