Greetings, SF East Bay Area Meadmakers (or meadmaker wannabe's)!

Join us for AHA Mead Day at Hoptech (6398 Dougherty Rd Ste 7, Dublin, CA 94568), starting at ~11:00 AM on Saturday August 6th, finishing up by 1:00 PM (hey, this is quick and easy!).

We will be making a no-heat-method Clover mead with fresh-frozen Humboldt County raspberries -- using the methods recommended by Ken Schramm and his disciples.  Learn about proper aeration of your must!  Learn about staggered yeast nutrients!  Observe expert re-hydration of yeast!  ...and prepare to be astounded by award winning meadmaker and occasional mad scientist Brian Cooper's advanced methods of mixing honey with water!!!  Overall, come prepared to experience a very easy way to make excellent mead, time after time.  You won't want to miss it!
