Diamond Lager Yeast
« on: December 14, 2017, 05:12:53 pm »
Anyone try the Danstar Diamond Lager yeast? I swear I read up on it before and thought I remember seeing that it was a Lager strain from Belgium, or a Belgian Lager strain. Now it seems the description indicates it's a true German Lager yeast.

I have 2 packets going into a Bock-ish Lager this weekend, was just curious if anyone had anything to offer?

Danstar website says “Diamond Lager yeast is a true lager strain originating in Germany” vs Belgium.  http://www.yeastbank.com/np/diamondyeast.htm
