What the world needs now is Kai, sweet Kai.  Everybody!

Dang we need to bring that guy back.

So I'm not the only one who routinely checks his blog to see if he's back?

Every month man.

Last time I spoke with him he indicated he hardly brewed any longer and had no desire to be back.

He must have been bit by some other technical or mathematical bug, because the condition of obsession doesn't just disappear, it's not possible -- it just passes from one thing to another.  I wonder what he is obsessed about now that he switched gears with such ease.  Must be something pretty dang cool.

He said it was a combo of job pressures and wanting to spend more time with his family.

His April blog post was optimistic and judging by the comments (his last being from November 2017) he seems to be still brewing.

To say braukaiser.com is revelatory and significant in ways most of us take for granted, would be a tremendous understatement.
