Hey Bo - I want to get a Blichmann conical someday. How difficult is it to clean the conical?

When you transfer the wort to the conical...I assume you pump it in or ?

not bo, but I have exactly the same setup (and it looks like the same exact chest freezer based on the angle and removed shelving).  don't have the B3 system though  :'(, but my Coleman extreme still does me just fine.

cleaning a conical is one of the things that I found was easier than carboys - rack to kegs/collect your yeast, take the top off, spray it out and then soak with PBW, scrub krausen ring, run it out both spigots, rinse, sanitize and recap.  run out the sanitizer - fill with beer. done.

you will need to pump into it, though, AFAIK.

It has been peeled off. That picture was taken the day it came off the truck, so it is much less clean and pretty now.
