Can anyone recommend a good self paced online learning course/courses.  I have some time and would like to take my brewing knowledge to the next level.  Thanks

I did the non-resident course through the American Brewers Guild.  The only resident portion is one week at the schoolhouse brewery in VT.  The instructors are top notch and the course books are mostly published by the brewers association.  I've been brewing for over 20 years and I learned quite a bit.  And I understand brewing on a professional level.
Brew what you like & brew often.

Not sure where you live, and though it is not an online school/class, there is a weekend Brew Bootcamp offered in San Diego in Feb., Fri-Sat.  It's next level.  Just get your Hep A and B shots before traveling down there.

Generally you don't see that kind of behavior in a major appliance.
