I brewed a braggot with 6lbs of grain and 6lbs honey my question is would you keg it forse carb and drink it or bottle it and let it set for a couple of months final grav was 1.002

Either method will work.  But in my experience, fermented honey takes a little time before the flavors really come out.  So you might want to age it for a while even if you go with the keg option.  When was the batch made?

And as a more direct response to your question, personally I keg and then bottle as needed.  But it depends on how you want the braggot to be available once it's ready to go.
