Hops selection
« on: February 19, 2018, 07:34:03 am »
Decided to brew an IPA using Centennial Hops is the primary fermentation and to dry hop some in the secondary.
I have some Cascade Hops remaining from another batch and wanted some thoughts on using the remaining oz and a half in this batch. Or would the two conflict?

Yup! Some call Centennial super cascade. I like them paired up 50/50 Actually better than individually

It's a classic combo.  I just made an IPA with Chinook, Cascade and Centennial.
