I like them quite a bit. I use them in saisons and style unspecific hoppy lagers, usually in a blend with aurora and Cascade.

Aramis is great as a late addition/dry hop, delicate citrus notes, but I'm not sure how well it would come across as a bittering hop. I've only used whole cone to dry hop.
Strikes me as a bit "fragile" despite its AAC content, has a low oil content. Full technical features via the Alsatian source https://www.hops-comptoir.com/6-hop-aramis-alsace
