« on: April 23, 2018, 11:30:17 am »
Just finished the fabrication.
All stainless stand on wheels.
3 keggle system with HERMS
20 plate chiller with oxygen attached
2 stainless pumps
Al electric, 2 5500 watt elements from Brewhardware on Tc.
All controlled by Auber’s Inc box with pt100 sensors all over the place.
MT is bottom fed
Still need to water test and get back to brewing.

Very nice. You might have problems with using regular silicone tube on the suction side of the pumps. It collapses pretty easily under vacuum and while hot. I use reinforced vinyl tube on my suctions and it's fine for mashing temps but will collapse with near boiling wort.

Yeah.  I’m jealous.

First time I have looked at Auber’s controllers.  They look pretty cost effective compared to others.

Nice setup.

I keep hoping Bobby will get some more of those lite weight site glasses fixed up. He’s been out of stock a few weeks now. It’s hard to be a beer voyeur without a site glass.
