Popped the top on another and this off taste is about missing. Not sure if I just pried a top a little early, which doesn’t make much sense as I generally give 3 weeks to ferment followed by 3 weeks to condition (bottles). I do cut a few days off and try the oddball numbered beers (what doesn’t fit in a 6 pack). My schedule was wonky during this time as we had people working in the house but it wasn’t more than a few days here or there. And it wasn’t overly strong at 6% ABV.
