If the assets have been sold, is there an indication they have/hope to have someone to take over brewing operations?  Or does a brewhouse actually promise a bigger return as scrap steel these days?

The assets now belong to the new owners. The previous CEO Michael Hinkley is an officer, VP. They will keep the brands, but the old companies will be gone.

In the updates at the bottom of the article.
