chilling beer
« on: April 16, 2018, 06:10:47 am »
I have almost completed brewing my first gallon of beer !!!!!1

the 2 week mark is coming up on the bottling stage,
but i dont know how long to chill the bottles before
they are ready to consume.

is there an amount of time i should wait? or should I just wait until the beer clears up?

also can slight drops in temperature effect the beer in its bottling stage?
brew beer or die trying

Chill one and pop it to see.  You can put it in the freezer for a little while to speed the chilling, if you are in a hurry.  Cheers and enjoy your handiwork!

Chill one in the freezer for 20 minutes, and if it tastes good, chill it all and drink it!
