Actually, it's quite good in recipes like Black Helicopter Stout and Deep State DIPA.  Meanwhile, I await revelation of the secret information passed from Seth (if that's his real name) to BrewBama (who's clearly Illuminati.)

Ok, this is all good fun, but I kind of hoped we'd left the influence of a poor guy who was having a bad day and had to take it out on somebody (benefit of the doubt) behind when I moved this topic. I really am interested in how/if some craft malts can be different/better/worse than mass produced malts.  And how the future looks for availability to homebrewers.  Maybe we should let the troll sleep it off under his bridge. I'll stop poking if you guys will. I don't want to be part of the problem.
