My proudest achievement yet.

I finally did it.
A beer you can see through!
Only 6 batches into home brewing!!!

Corn is a fine adjunct in beer.

Have you ever used anything like whirl flock or Irish moss before? It helps big time.  I remember when I struggled with clarity.

It's possible to get beer that clear without secondary.  I do it all the time.  If you like secondary, keep doing it.
