Does it matter that my chloride levels are at 91 and target is 55?  It's the only one I can't seem to get down for mineral additions.
Generally you don't see that kind of behavior in a major appliance.

Won't matter a lot, but it depends on the beer you're making.  If you really want to reduce it, you can dilute with distilled, but then you'll have to adjust all the other minerals you diluted.

Malt has hundreds of ppm chloride.  You're not going to notice any difference.
