Newbie on 3 vessel herms

Does anyone brew on the Blichmann 3 vessel electric herms? I need some advise on operating minutiae.

I got the 3 vessel system without the herms if you email them they get back to you same day  Great customer service We dialed my system to get high 70s low 80s in  efficiency

I don't have the blichmann system, but I have the spike electric 3 vessel HERMS and it should be similar.  The best resource I've found is Kal's electric brewery and his step-by-step brew day walk-thru:
