My beer usually says "Drink me!"

Next question - what's the fermenter that uses a universal bung upside down?

Long about the end of my long workday, if I listen carefully I can hear my beer calling me from my fridge!  ;)

I'm curious about the upside down bung as well... and what is the dial? A timer? Never seen that one either. :)

It’s a big mouth glass carboy from kegco.  I didn’t like their stopper so I flipped mine upside down and it was secure. The dial is actually there to set the date, so you know when you started fermentation.

I liked these big mouths but had one break on me when trying to get the lid off. I have one more and am afraid to use it now. I broke two in a month, the glass is too thin.

I transferred to secondary and pitched Brett. So it can be the ghost of Brett.
