Was just at the White Labs Facility in ASheville, NC. All they are doing is commercial pitches there, no homebrew packaging on site. Saw all the machinery that the world told Chris White could never be made. They told him "You can't do what you are describing. Once something is wet, you cannot vacuum seal it." They are now doing it at White Labs and the packaging equipment looks like a giant Food saver vacuum sealer.

15 bbl lager pitch. I still hate getting the yeast out of the pakage.

I just switched to WL from WY mostly for the convenience of them being so close and being able to get the pitches out in 1 - 2 weeks as opposed to WY which was starting to take upwards of 6 weeks. I thought you guys would get a kick out of the packaging .
