I feel bad - I work on an NFL centered product (which means I'm beyond busy right now) - and whenever I give presentations to people I always remind them that the importance of us delivering correctly from day one comes from the rapidly decreasing emotional value of the product due to the vagaries of the season. If you're a Pats fan like I am, this recent era has been steady and wonderful value through the season. But if you're a Browns fan, you've got one week of hope.
