Pumking clone
« on: August 14, 2018, 10:57:27 am »
It's getting close to fall here in NY and I'd love to brew a Southern Tier Pumking clone. I've searched the forums and found that while many folks have tried their hand at pumpkin beers over time, there does not appear to be a generally agreed upon "clone" recipe for this beer.

Does anyone know if this exists (in one form or another) somewhere on the AHA site, the forum, or elsewhere? If not, that's fine - I'll just continue to peruse the various experiments folks have tried...

Replying to my own post!

I came across this recipe which seems to have a good track record judging by the comments on it. https://www.brewersfriend.com/homebrew/recipe/view/16367/southern-tier-pumking-clone

I just ordered ingredients for a modified version to make with extract. I'll post back here again once it's brewed!
