My boil day went well. Pitched Loki at 68*. Yesterday I ramped up to 72*, today 77*.
After yesterday’s change in temp the beer seem to be nearly finished. Tomorrow I will ramp up to 85* for a few days and then I will allow the temp to fall back down into the mid 65s.
