November 4

I'm pretty excited to be going to this event on Homebrew day. It's at a new brewery that just opened literally just opened down the road from me. If anyone lives out here by me (Yugamrap) There's still time to get a ticket.

Sounds like a lot of fun.  My club does this each year at a local brewery, but it is give over at the mashout stage and each homebrewer selects his own hops and any other additions to make the beer into whatever they want.  You will still have a yeast selection to make, so you can be creative in that way!  Enjoy and cheers to a day of fun!
