This is seriously good info. Any chance you have Rochefort Dubbel in your stash?

Which one do you consider the dubbel?  6,8, or 10?

Yeah, I picked up a bad habit of calling the 8 a dubbel and the 10 a quad, but I think technically the 6 is closest to a dubbel in going by strict guidelines. The 8 is my go to.

On another forum, they maintain a spreadsheet of various commercial beer FGs.  Someone there measured PU with an Easy Dens and listed it as 1.014.

I ran it twice and got 1.016 each time.

i googled just after i posted this and someone said 1.015. it probably varies from mixed batch to mixed batch.
