When to add natural flavoring?
« on: November 14, 2018, 06:06:07 am »
Good morning,
Fairly new to all grain brewing, but trying to make a Shiner Holiday Cheer clone.
Bought the Brewers Best 4 oz bottle of both peach and pecan flavoring.
I didn't see anything on the bottle when to add the flavoring...
Day of bottling or during fermentation?
Thanks!

You can add whenever you want, now or later.  Personally I would only use half the bottle of each, then add more only IF needed.  You probably will not need to use all of it or else it could turn out too strong.

Cheers.

Add to taste as close to packaging as possible.
