4 Wedding Beers
« on: May 20, 2019, 07:47:43 pm »
I am new to AHA, (an early father's day gift from my daughter) and am happy to see others brewing for weddings.  I brew with my daughter and her soon-to-be-husband.  A couple weeks ago we bottled the last of the beers for their wedding (June 1); a Stout for him, a Saison for her, a Berliner Weisse for my wife and a Dunkel Weisse for the masses.  Their venue will let them bring in beer and it will be served alongside the commercial stuff they have (for those light lager folks).  We have a beer menu like you might see with "how-to" pour bottle conditioned beers for the newbies.  I'll come back and share any lessons learned after the event.

Good job. You will remember your daughters wedding. Guests will remember your beers, and mention those for years.

Congratulations.
