Beautiful sunny Fall day yesterday (Temps in the high 70's-low 80's). Brewed an American Amber out on the patio. Used Citra and Bravo hops. First time for Bravo hops, so I'll be interested to see how this turns out.
It was a much shorter brew day this time around (about 5.5-6 hours). I reset the mill gap on my Barley Crusher back to its original position--efficiency didn't suffer much, but the lauter went so much better this time around (in contrast to my "lauter from hell" with my American Wheat a few months ago that made my brew day last until 3:30 a.m.)
