He might not brag,  but there was a picture of his slick little electric brewery in the gadget issue of Zymurgy.   At least he can still see that old Big Deck out the window.  :)

You're in Alabama...save if for blue crabs and crawfish?

I've got a morebeer tippy dump all setup for when I resume brewing, but kept the old top tier for steaming crabs...
Corn is a fine adjunct in beer.

And don't buy stale beer.

I tried making a low country boil last year. Even though are shrimp aren't as fresh as they are down by the Gulf, it still turned out awesome.

Still adamant that blue crabs should never be boiled though, washes out too much of the crab flavor...but I may concede the point on shrimp.
