2 gallon 1.073 batch yeast amount

i just brewed a small batch 2 gallons, OG 1.073 and i pitched half a pack of us05 rehydrated, im thinking i should have pitched the whole pack now that i think about it? is this a reasonable pitch for this or do you think i should throw the rest of the pack in too? thank you

I would go with the whole pack based on that gravity, but you'll probably be fine either way.

Half a pack is plenty.  I would have done the same.
