Dirt Wolf rocks. Great beer.

I believe it's Citra, mosaic, simcoe, and chinook

Yeah, sounds right. I think it's one of the best readily available IIPAs out there. Can't drink IIPA if it's not dry. I'm pretty convinced they dry out with sugar.

Yeah, I'd count on that too.

I just read that victory and southern tier merged. I like victory beers but no so crazy about southern tier. Kind of a bummer.

All of this!  I didn't know they merged either, and Dirt Wolf is a damn fine IIPA.

I guess they are still going to brew independently, but they are unifying assists. I'll just sit back and see how this works out.

Erste Pils

Fighting both lighting and condensation for this pic, but I'm still quite pleased with my first pilsner.  Cheers!

JT beat me to it... Looks fantastic by the way...

...before I derail this thread any further, I'm going to post this half drank glass of my Big Gulp American Porter. It has a creamy mouthfeel but finishes dry. Bittered with nugget, then modestly hopped at 0 minutes and a hop stand with cascade and centennial. I have fairly high expectations for this beer in the NHC. Hurry up, Indy! I'm anxious over here  :P
