I like it. The main thing I like is it is easy to use: starts fermentation fast when rehydrated (I haven't tried pitching dry), clean tasting, easy to clear with gelatin. No hint of diacetyl or other off flavors ever.
I have used it 3 times. All 3 have had similar results.
Without a side by side comparison I am having trouble distinguishing it from US-05, except maybe a subtle fruity ester flavor (pleasant flavor, not quite Kolsch flavors but good).
This time I mashed at 153F. 74% AA. Beer finished at 1013. Not terribly crisp. That may be fixed with a lower mash temp. I made another batch with similar grain bill with same yeast once before with mash temp at 151.5F and got 79% AA and finished at 1011. According to my notes that time the beer had a nice crispness.
I used it in my SABL clone attempt and liked it there too. Mashed at 155F and got 70% AA. I really like that beer. Not the right yeast for an exact clone but the beer tastes great.
I fermented at 60-62F all 3 times I have used it.
