no I just pulled back a tad to 1/2 tsp...cant perceive any negative impact.

How's the clearing ability at 1/2 tsp though, Ken ?  Notice any difference ?
I don't know. I did it before I left for vacation so it was full week before I got to have a pint. It's plenty clear now so not sure if it took longer.

Nothing special. Basically a five gallon hopped starter for 3711 ;). Second brew post move and first on draft. The first beer was a basic APA, but I was only able to find one picnic tap locally.

Proper faucets are coming from Australia once the tax man gives me my money.

Very nice. I bet it is tasty!

Looks great Steve.  I love APAs,  how do you like the single centennial hop?

It is what it is. Nothing special, nothing objectionable. Came out crazy clean and the bittering is mellow. Could use a bit of dry hops to finish it out, but I don't feel like bothering. I could drink the whole keg in a weekend if I had nothing to do.

I like the simple SH schedule. Or would that be SSHS?

Not necessarily a pic of a recent beer. This showed up on my Time Hop today from four years ago. This was my first poured Homebrew. It was a Northern Brewer Dunkelweizen extract kit. If I remember correctly, it wasn't very good. I really only had the knowledge of the instructions and a few YouTube videos at the time. Even though it wasn't good, I was intrigued. I was hooked. I fiddled around with extracts for a few more months before taking the next step to all grain. I wanted to make better beer. Some internet research got me there's was brewing all grain in July of that year. It wasn't until Christmas of that year when I joined my brewing family here. You guys have taught me so much over the last few years. I continue to learn, and I share my knowledge and experiences when I can. Thank you!

Though it all started here with this Dunkelweizen, I have not brewed one since. I think I'm going to plan to brew one and August. I think it will be a good beer to enjoy in the fall.
