Cream Ale.  Really loving this beer - such an easy drinker and so easy to brew.  Changes from my last batch: used flaked maize instead of flaked rice and A07 instead of US05.  Not sure which of these changes are most responsible for the flavor improvement, but this beer is quite tasty!

A07 yeast? Beautiful beer by the way, I can only dream of getting something that clear

-Josh Peanasky
Thanks Josh.  A07 is Imperial Organic Yeast's version of WLP001 from what I can tell.

On the AHA website you can only insert a link to a photo.   You have to host the photo somewhere else (on another site). It's much easier using the tapatalk app on your phone; just click the insert photo icon and upload while editing your response.

So I recently made the switch to all grain brewing. my first brew was a New England Haze Craze Juicy IPA . Hop aroma and flavor are spot on, color and haziness aren't perfect but very happy with the first brew on the new set up

New world hefe with citra and Amarillo
5.2% 20IBUs
the clove is lost in the aroma due to dry hop but it tastes great.

American Pale Ale -- just kicked the keg on this one! Even thought it was one of those batches aimed to use up a bunch of odds-and-ends, it turned out pretty fine. And a blog post on the brew: https://andybrews.com/2017/02/18/beer-tasting-good-riddance-pale-ale/

Lovely looking beers.  How old are those?  As someone currently fighting with an apparent new found inability to make really clear beer I appreciate the clarity of that helles that much more.
Risk of failure should be no deterrent to trying.
