Saison 565 so good. Anyone like another Saison yeast better?

I like the imperial rustic strain from imperial yeast. Way less unpredictability and good flavor without the jello mouthfeel of the French saison strain.

Ferments out for me every time. I will say it takes a couple weeks, but finishes around 05 for me. I will try Rustic. Did a split with 566 this time. 566 did zero for me. Saison kind of hooks you. Easy to make, and so crushable. I've not used 568 either. Looks like I need to do a split on a batch w all 3. Thanks again Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
You beat me to it Jon. I went back to the WY thread to look up 3726. I'm trying it! This beer is fantastic, if you like it better, all over it. Dropping off Sun at GF on 65th, maybe they stock Rustic. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
