I like beer.  I like to make beer.   I don't like to argue about beer or making beer.

This is the first Kolsch I have brewed as well as the first time I have used gelatin fining.  Still has a little bit of chill haze but I was very happy with it.  I used a Kolsch ale yeast but finished it up with a couple weeks at lager temps before kegging. Wish it had lasted longer!

Bottling mead on a rainy Sunday. This is blueberry. Phenomenal fruit and honey aroma you can smell across the room.

Belgian Dark Strong.  Aged 5 months so far.  Was gonna wait a year but my lack of patience got the better of me.  It's damn good now.  Hopefully it continues to get better.

*edit - original picture showed in preview and then was gone.  Fixed link
