Thanks!
There is nothing like planting in the garden w a full keg. If I had a Fitbit on, it would have smoke coming out of it. "How big is your garden. bout a 1/3 of keg."  The walking line to the tap isn't as straight as my rows...

Nice. My yard work last weekend followed a strangely similar pattern.   ;D

American Barleywine Nelson Sauvin Saaz Willamette. It's still young. Boozy, but not hot/solvent booze just warming on the back end.  I'm hoping the complexity shines through once the alcohol mellows out.

Belgian Dark Strong.  Aged 5 months so far.  Was gonna wait a year but my lack of patience got the better of me.  It's damn good now.  Hopefully it continues to get better.

*edit - original picture showed in preview and then was gone.  Fixed link

I made a dark Belgian strong about 4 months Ago and it's gotten way better since. Saving 10 bottles for when it's been a full year. It's hard to not just polish them all off!

Yeah, I've been strategically tasting it every so often to see how it's going along.  I've got a case of 12s that I haven't touched, those are for competitions.  I am sending it to a comp a little earlier than planned since it seems awesome as is right now.  We'll see how it continues to change.

I already know some things I would change about it, so sometime this winter I'll probably make another batch and then tuck away same as I did this one.

Here is another shot of my "2 Monks" Dubbel:

This was from last night which puts it at 14 days from brewday. Very delicious. No harshness, no fusels or solvently flavors and no alcohol heat.
