Maybe this Helles needed a blend. It is hot and humid today. Spent the day fabricating and welding gas line on a tar rooftop. This may be the best tasting beer ever!  Have to say the high temp rest has cured my foam. Thanks for that

9% Breiss Munich 10
7% Gambrinus Honey malt
Warrior
Falconers Flight 7c's
Amarillo
60 IBU
US-05
6.8%ABV

I think I'll leave out the Amarillo next time, the 7c's are probably enough on their own. This was my first brew on the new Robobrew w/pump.
All in all a good beer.

Thanks guys.  It was honestly surreal.  There were a lot of talented brewers and very tasty beers there... plus the cool factor of being in a room that was absolutely full of kegs to sample.  I would have been pleased and very happy with a single 3rd place medal.  1st or 2nd was definitely not anticipated, much less BOS!
