"Mositracoe" IPA. An awesome beer. The changes I've slowly made to my process, recipe, and water chemistry have produced an IPA that holds hop character much longer than ever and is just better than IPAs I can find - anywhere. Rarely even bother to buy them anymore. Pretty psyched.
