Looks great!
Thanks.  I dropped an ounce of Citra and an oak spiral in the keg tonight hoping to add a bit more character to this ale.

"Mositracoe" IPA. An awesome beer. The changes I've slowly made to my process, recipe, and water chemistry have produced an IPA that holds hop character much longer than ever and is just better than IPAs I can find - anywhere. Rarely even bother to buy them anymore. Pretty psyched.   :)

Awesome Jon.  Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe?  Sure looks tasty.

Jon that looks like something I need. I’ve not bought an IPA in a long time. Most are just hohum.
Nice!  Thanks for the bill too. I just got a bunch of those hops a couple weeks ago.

Don’t look now, but there’s a shark eyeballing your beer.

Cheers!

American Brown, day 13. It's pretty good. Great beer in the Fall months.

Those beers are absolutely gorgeous. Any particular tips for such great clarity + outstanding foam?
