Recent Kolsch and Saison. I have to say that the lacing and foam have been fantastic. I think I used a 62 rest. So nice to have HB again!

I’ve never had a tropical stout. Sounds interesting and looks tasty.

Ron Pattinson's 1880 Whitbread Porter.   Enlighteningly light and refreshing, much more in common with legacy East Coast porter than modern craft or English porters.  Hard to photograph (at least with my skills,)  can't get the deep ruby highlights.

Hochkurz with the added 15 minute rest at 150° because I wasn't getting satisfactory attenuation with just 146/160/170.

This is generally what I do except 30 min at 150*F even with modified malts.  Basically hit beta, alpha, and mash out.  I am enjoying the results.

I always like JT's pics.  For the fine looking brews, sure.  But also for the tap list, always a fine, balanced selection of classic styles.  I only wish commercial taprooms could once again offer such a range.

Hey, thanks!  Honestly that's kind of how I feel about commercial taprooms too.  Call it getting old, but I mostly look forward to beer flavored beer!
Mostly... I just brewed Helles today but I'm kegging a beer I aged on 10 lbs of sliced peaches and 3 lbs of apricot puree right now... fermented with a Norwegian Kveik strain even!

Ha!  "Beer flavored beer" is pretty much my "catch  phrase."  Brother.
