Deer Creek Saison

All malts from Deer Creek Malthouse in PA. Pils, Triticale, Spelt and a little Sweet Liberty (Vienna style).

WY3711.

Probably my favorite beer I brewed since getting back into it. Could be the malt, could be the yeast (got 90% and a perfect Saison bite), could be dialing in a process, could be that this is my first beer in a keg, could be all of those things.

I’m sure it’s all of those things.

Nice beer, nice coaster!

Ha! A lot of suffering and character-building is tied up in rooting for that coaster!  I suspect I'm not telling you anything.

I bottled a bunch of mead for Thanksgiving.  From left to right, peach, cherry/blackberry, and barrel-aged.

They need to make corks with bees on them.

New to the AHA, so I’m just doing some browsing through the forum. Here’s my latest brew, a chocolate coffee oatmeal stout. Cheers!

Welcome!

Looks so nice I just had to show that picture again.   :)

If I get time I'll have to take a picture of my Chocolate Oatmeal Stout that I made for Thanksgiving company.
