Merry Christmas! My wife and I enjoying a vertical tasting of my Barleywines. She liked the 1 year old the best out of the three, but we both agreed that blending all three together made the best flavor profile.

NEIPA... used up a bunch of those cryo hops from the homebrew con.  No lactose, oats, wheat, etc.

Texas Red: this one is delicious. Hops and a mixture of caramel flavors. The equinox dry hop really adds a lot of flavor for a small dose.

Pale Malt, 4.3% C40, 22 IBUs Galaxy at 60, 8 IBUs Galaxy at 10, M54

Some of the haze is condensation but some of the haze is just haze. Still working on that.

I do. It’s a good beer. I like the uniqueness of the Galaxy flavor. I like the 9 days grain to glass, too.
