New to Homebrew but here is my first bottled batch. Even made labels, lol. Tart Cherry Apple Cider 5.25% using store bought juice and Cider House yeast.
The Gold top one I told my wife we would save for a special occasion to serve a bottle from my first batch, lol.

Looks great. Nice labels.

New Kölsch that is about 10days kegged. Delicious already, can’t wait for it to condition a little. Used Giga021 again, really like this yeast.

No pic, but if I was considering one... a hopeful sign of spring relevant to this topic.  Lot of condensation on my mug tonight.  😀  (Does seem there's too short a window for good beer pics... but if it means good outdoor  activity weather is on the way I'll take it.)

This Kolsch will never make it to peak condition. Went back to Best, one of my Best yet. I’ve been using Weyermann for so long.

It was 7.5% each of Honey and Cane.  Mashed higher and fermented at lower temp.  I stayed in the 60's in stead of my normal.  I normally pitch at 65 and then let it rise for a few days and then heat to 80.  Finished at 1.014 and that left some honey flavor.  I'm not a honey scientist, but honey has many variables on how fermentable it is.  The honey now is really prominent.  I think it will be great around the holidays. Tonight was a liter plastic bottle to check the carbonation.  The 2 cases are hitting the cellar until Nov or so.    Time for the Westy clone next
