Do you mind sharing the grain bill on that beer? Great color for sure and excellent clarity. I know it's not normal for homebrewers to get too worked up by "session lagers" but I make a lot of them so... I'm worked up.
My God, that's beautiful. Can I have a pint??
Thanks! I find myself saying the same thing when seeing the pics of your beers!
2% light unsulphured molasses
2% agave nectar
1 oz hallertau blanc 20 min
1 oz hallertau blanc 2 min
M76 yeast which is appareny repackaged 34/70 though it seems different to me.
I basically used this batch to step up yeast for a helles bock. Obviously you could go with 100% Pilsner. I wanted a bit of color but used what I had thus the molasses. People advised against it but it turned to it great. I was going to use more but was afraid. Love the hop character in this one.
