Love your taps Ken

Perlick?
No, Ventmatic.  I had two of them and then Ventmatic had some sort of issue where they were no longer producing taps.  Another brewer in CO had some extras and sold me those (Ventmatic Ultra-flo models) so that all four were at least the same manufacturer.  Then a local buddy of mine who is a metal fabricator made some 8mm spouts because the 10-12mm spouts seemed to make a 'hollow pour'.  So I really like these faucets and the spouts.  The pour is really fantastic.

Okay...call me a copy-cat, but had to post this! BTW...we had a meeting of the shareholders in Bel Air Brewing yesterday. They were amazed at how closely our Munich Helles resembled Weihenstephaner Original Premium.

My age is showing - I never post pictures and thought I knew what I was doing.

Do you mind sharing the grain bill on that beer?  Great color for sure and excellent clarity.  I know it's not normal for homebrewers to get too worked up by "session lagers" but I make a lot of them so... I'm worked up.  :D

From memory:
96% Pilsner
2% light unsulphured molasses
2% agave nectar

1 oz hallertau blanc 20 min
1 oz hallertau blanc 2 min

M76 yeast which is appareny repackaged 34/70 though it seems different to me.

1.045
4.5%abv
18 ibu

I basically used this batch to step up yeast for a helles bock. Obviously you could go with 100% Pilsner. I wanted a bit of color but used what I had thus the molasses. People advised against it but it turned to it great. I was going to use more but was afraid. Love the hop character in this one.
