A 2013 pyment I just bottled. Nice. Made with foraged wild grapes. I just packaged 5 gallons for summer consumtion. Will treat as white wine/rose. Serve cold on hot days, also use in a sangria. Honestly, its a bit too dry. I think we have another 10 gallons and I am actually more psyched about turning into a sherry than drinking as mead.

I don’t know if anyone watches the tubing for clarity, but this is an American lager made on Friday, April 10 and racked yesterday, April 18 with no fining....

Looks clear.  I have been using the silicone tubing for awhile now so I can't see the wort/beer that well.  But that looks like you should be a clear glass of beer.

Thanks. That all depends on the grapes. I was actually surprised by the color. I think it was a blend of foraged concords and wild green grapes. I think there was an unusual amount of the light colored ones that year.

This is my Amber Lager formerly known as Citranot but recently renamed Copper Penny. The copper penny dangling in the beer seemed to do the trick to reduce the horrid sulfur smell and taste. It’s drinkable now though by no means a BOS winner. ...but at least it no longer smells like rhino farts.

Here’s my Czech Pils ‘Pivo Kazbek’. I used Sterling for bittering and Kazbek to finish.
