Beautiful, but what makes it a stout?

Just one of those fake hybrid styles. Home toasted flaked oats and malt equating to something around amber malt. Vanilla, coffee beans, cocoa nibs added post fermentation to provide notes you would get in a stout.

Garage is open! The rona’s got me making some out of the box beers compared to normal. Couldn’t have turned out better for what I was expecting. Cheers guys!

This is my Big Brew ‘Lil Bit More’ Pale Ale loosely based on Brülosophy’s Tiny Bottom. This one features Veterans’ Blend hops. I was going to hold off till Memorial Day but it’s a damn good beer so what the hell.

Okay, I have to let you in on one of my fears or phobias.  I get a little twitchy when I see an ale in what looks like a lager glass or vice-versa.  My son was drinking my helles in an English Nonic glass the other day.  No, I didn't say anything to him and maybe I should... but I always notice it.  It probably says more about me than you.

The Veteran's Blend varies from year to year, but I've found both of the ones they've done to be really to my liking.

This isn't a full-blown medical condition that I have... maybe more like a syndrome like restless leg or irritable bowel.  Twitchy Beerglass Syndrome or TBS.
