My Hoppy Vienna Lager.



It turned out much darker than predicted. But, delicious. 100% Crystal hops.

It’s encroaching on Amber Ale territory.

Thanks. It’s just darker than BeerSmith predicted. BeerSmith said 97% Avangard Vienna + 3% Caramunich I would be 8 SRM. To me it’s well above 10 SRM.

But, it does looks and taste good. So, no complaints.

This is a Classic American Pilsner. It is awesome. 75% Pilsner Malt + 25% Flaked Maize. Lots of Saaz.

Yeah, that looks fantastic.  I'm a sucker for a clear homebrew and the color and clarity look great.  Nice work.
