Thanks brother.  Sort of my answer to Negra Modelo.  Smooth, dark lager that is balanced, refreshing, goes well with summer foods, etc.  I used the Mexican strain 940 on it too.  Cheers.

Dortmunder Export (a.k.a., German Helles Exportbier in the 2015 BJCP style guidelines). I'm *super* happy with how this one turned out.

I wasn’t real impressed with the flavor as-is, but with a lime wedge* it’s a great Summer quencher based on my standard grain bill (95% base + 5% C#):

1.053
36 IBU

86% Rahr Standard Pale Malt
8.6% Goldpils Vienna
5.4% C10

Yellow Balanced water

RIMS at 152*F for 90 min

60 min boil:
1 oz Warrior @10
1 oz Citra @5
1 oz Loral @Flameout
1 oz Citra @ Flameout

15 g Bry-97

* edit: even better is a mandarin wedge.
