Thanks, it is quite delicious. Loads of fruit flavor, and rather sour (final pH: 3.1)

Cream ale with Bayern lager yeast vs the same with Oslo. Sorry for the dirty glass, can't be helped between hard water and a dishwasher that's throwing different screws every week.

A sort of "Caribbean Lager".  Pilsner malt, some flaked corn, a touch of CaraHell.  Hallertau hops.  940 on the yeast.

Despite the wimpy grain bill, it still has a head that won't quit.  You don't see THAT on a Caribbean lager!

A Carribean lager belongs next to the pool. Looks great.

I tapped the IPA I made at the end of May.  I was shooting for red, which I didn't get at all.  But I have zero concerns about that because this is definitely the best IPA I've brewed.  Tropical fruit, lemon, little bit of pine.  It came out a bit over 7% but drinks easy and is quite refreshing.

I wouldn’t worry about color, if it tastes that good.  Congrats on your best IPA - hopefully you have good notes to be able to replicate it!

Agree 100%.  Color is definitely far behind taste, aroma, and mouthfeel when looking at what's important.

And yep, I have my notebooks where I log all my beers and meads.  I still do it the old fashioned way with a pencil and a piece of paper. :D

My apologies.  One more shot of this Caribbean Lager before the keg blows...
