Pretty much tastes like a fruity Vienna lager

Interesting with the yeast mix.  That Callista is an exotic creature... German but with some citrus, stone fruit, etc.   I remember using HUELL MELON hops a few years ago.  I like the Mandarina Bavaria too.  An amber lager seems like a wide-open neighborhood on the style map and I like to wander around that area.  Cheers.

I am not a photographer.  I learned many years ago that to take a good pic of a beer you need light.  I like to take the pics outside but when I can't it's good to get some light behind the beer.  Also, if you look at the glass of beer and it doesn't look great (wrong glass, cloudy beer, no head, etc) then it's not the right time to take the shot.  This particular beer combined with a little bit of the LO finesse... came out really nice.  Cheers.
